Featured listings are guaranteed for one year on bestengland.co.uk. Featured listings will be listed on bestengland.co.uk in the most suitable category. If your listing is removed before this you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount you have invested. This guarantee may be nullified and a refund will not be given if your business is removed for any of the reasons below.

Your listing may be removed without refund if we find any information listed to be fraudulent or is in breach of trading standards legislation.

We reserve the right to move your listing to a more suitable category or create a new category for your listing if necessary. If your business is rejected you will be given a full refund. However websites containing pornographic material, illegal content and content deemed immoral will not be refunded.

Regular listings will be listed on www.bestengland.co.uk in the correct category for one year. However we withhold the right to delete a regular link at any time.
